  • This form is only for BCS United Kingdom Brethren and is subject to availability.

  • There will be no 1/4 (quarter) pages.

  • All pictures must be of high quality and resolution, preferably from a high-resolution digital camera or smartphone.

  • The deadlines for payments and the receipt of pictures and messages are May 25th, 2025. This is to allow enough time for designs and printing. After May 25th, 2025, there will be an extra £10 Charge for each option, and payments, pictures, and messages will no longer be collected after June 1st, 2025.

  •  All payments must be made to the Golden Jubilee Event Finance Team via the National Account with the reference F-BCS50/NAME. You can also pay cash and obtain a receipt at the National office.

  • Once payment is made, please inform the Jubilee Finance Team member based in your Bethel for verification. Then scan or send your receipt to WhatsApp number 07946029047 

  • Without evidence of payment, no felicitation design will be made.
