In the time of Our Lord Jesus Christ, two thousand years ago, there were countless eye witness accounts of His works and encounters with ordinary people in real life situations. Most of these accounts have come down to us through the Gospel writers and form the body of testimony relating to the manifestation of the Son of God. Apostle John hints in his writing that the recorded accounts of the works of Our Lord Jesus Christ represented the tip of the iceberg:
‘This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true. And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.’
John 21: 24-25
In this present generation, a huge body of testimony is emerging surrounding the manifestation of the Promised Comforter, the Ancient of Days Leader Olumba Olumba Obu and His Christ, The King of kings and the Lord of lords, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu. Testimonies form the bedrock of the new Kingdom of God on earth, Brotherhood of the Cross and Star and consist partly of personal encounters with a Being who is not limited to a particular place or time. For instance, there are many accounts from around the world of The Holy Father appearing to people while all the time being physically present at 34 Ambo Street, Calabar. There are also numerous accounts of healings, back to life encounters and other personal experiences from ordinary people which often defy rational explanation.
